ZoomInfo Names New Chief Financial Officer: Bill Price, Former MarketSoft CFO And SVP




Zoom Information, Inc., the B2B search engine for discovering people, companies and relationships, today announced the appointment of Bill Price (www.zoominfo.com/billprice), a veteran of technology growth companies with 23 years’ experience, as its new chief financial officer. Price will provide leadership for the overall financial health of the organization as well as managing human resources, legal and investor relations.

Price comes to Zoom Information with a proven track record of building successful software companies, most recently at MarketSoft where he executed an aggressive buy & sell-side M&A strategy while growing revenues 50-150% per year. His efforts culminated in MarketSoft’s acquisition by Unica Corporation. Prior to MarketSoft, Price was CFO of NextPoint Networks where his leadership was instrumental in the organization’s growth and ultimate acquisition by NetScout systems. Price earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University and is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts.
