KnowledgeStorm Network Grows

Syndicated content on new sites continues to generate increased interest in vendors' research and solution listings.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB via PR Web Direct) May 18, 2005 -- KnowledgeStorm (www.knowledgestorm.com), the Internet's top-ranked technology solutions content and search site, today announced the addition of several sites to the KnowledgeStorm network — Purchasing.com, Enterprise Systems Journal (ESJ) and six additional CMP Media syndications. With the addition of these sites, KnowledgeStorm now syndicates its technology products and services content, as well as vendor white papers, to more than 150 partner and vertical sites. These comprehensive directories are designed to help business and technology professionals research IT solutions through product, services and research listings that are presented in an intuitive manner.

KnowledgeStorm continues to demonstrate its commitment to provide a comprehensive means for users to match their technology requirements to relevant IT vendor offerings. The KnowledgeStorm network of co-branded properties provides users across the web with access to key information that can facilitate their technology-buying decisions. Links to the KnowledgeStorm IT solutions and research directories throughout its network allow users to review IT solution content and research, and, ultimately, the network helps prospective buyers locate solutions that will satisfy their business needs.

"We are pleased to announce the addition of these new partners to our network. Our vendors have enjoyed tremendous growth in the traffic, the size and the reach of the KnowledgeStorm network in early 2005, and we are on track to continue this aggressive growth through the rest of the year," says Jeff Ramminger, executive vice president, KnowledgeStorm.

"Our network and user audiences give technology vendors a simple, cost-effective way to reach both broad and targeted buying-focused audiences through one relationship with KnowledgeStorm," continues Ramminger. "We will continue to launch new and unique offerings for our vendors this year that allows them to leverage not only the visibility and leads that we deliver, but will also extend their understanding of the buyers' specific interests and needs. KnowledgeStorm helps vendors target their marketing campaigns and content assets more effectively."

Purchasing.com
KnowledgeStorm now powers the Technology Finder on Purchasing.com. The co-branded site can be found at http://technologyfinder.purchasing.com or by clicking on the "Technology Finder" link in the left navigation of the Purchasing.com site. Purchasing.com is part of Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier. The relationship with Purchasing.com helps to increase KnowledgeStorm's presence in the purchasing, manufacturing, e-procurement and supply chain verticals.

Enterprise Systems Journal -- Research site
KnowledgeStorm lately launched a second co-branded with ESJ. This new site contains only KnowledgeStorm research content, including white papers, case studies and Webcasts, and supports the existing ESJ product and services directory powered by KnowledgeStorm. The ESJ research library can be found at http://whitepapers.esj.com. Additionally, the "Find More Whitepapers" link in the left navigation of the ESJ site will also take users to the co-branded home page.

More CMP
The KnowledgeStorm and CMP Media relationship continues to evolve. Six additional CMP Media branded vendor-content libraries recently went live on the KnowledgeStorm network. These six sites are part of CMP's Software Development Network and enable users to access vendor data in three ways: a basic search function (i.e., company name or company reference); a more advanced search functionality ("BSD Unix operating system") and a complete browse tree (with subject links and hyperlinks). The URL's for these co-branded sites are listed below next to the property names.
