Who's Calling's ClickPath Selected by Leading Search Engine Marketing Firms

ClickPath Measures Effectiveness of Keyword Search and Online Advertising by Tracking Telephone Conversions

KIRKLAND, Wash., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Who's Calling, a leading provider
of customer intelligence, announced today that its ClickPath solution has been
selected by 4 of the industry's leading search engine marketing firms (SEMs).
ClickPath enables SEM firms to track the effectiveness of their clients'
online advertising and keyword search campaigns through offline data
analytics. By capturing the phone calls generated from online marketing
campaigns ClickPath provides SEM firms with the industry's first offline call
tracking solution.

SEM firms currently using ClickPath include BKV, iProspect, ResponseMine,
and WebSourced, Inc.

ClickPath's flexible API and user interface allows SEM firms to utilize
integrated data into their own tracking systems or provides a full featured
hosted application as a service. ClickPath's proprietary, patent pending
technology dynamically inserts a unique telephone number into each webpage as
the user browses within the site. Once the user picks up the phone and dials
the unique number being displayed this technology matches that action back to
the specific keyword or online advertisement that generated the offline phone
call.

With ClickPath's online and call conversion data SEM firms can optimize
their clients' online advertising spend to demonstrate the proof of
performance they need to validate their services. SEM firms can also:

* Decrease clients' cost-per-click while providing a higher total number
of clicks;
* Create or deepen their revenue stream by charging on a cost per call;
* Demonstrate proof of performance with on and offline conversion data;
* Provide differentiation in a highly competitive industry.

"With call tracking through Who's Calling, WebSourced has a more complete
picture of how our clients' customers convert across multiple channels," said
Tom Dwyer, vice president, WebSourced. "For clients who drive a large portion
of their sales through a call center, we can now accurately determine the
origin of those calls, whether they came from paid search, organic search
engine optimization, email campaigns, banner campaigns or other traditional
media sources. This in turn allows us to help our clients identify huge
opportunities for new revenues and cost reductions from previously ineffective
advertising channels."

"There is no question that search marketing initiatives are driving
offline conversions -- more and more research demonstrates it everyday. As a
result, marketers have been crying out for a solution that will enable them to
tie offline conversions to their search campaigns," said Fredrick Marckini,
CEO and Founder of iProspect. "The ClickPath solution enables iProspect to
offer our clients the ability to accurately report on, and attribute telephone
conversions that were generated by search marketing. Not only will this
improve a marketer's ROI, it will also allow them to make smarter marketing
decisions."

"After seeing the results of ClickPath's data SEM firms tell us they were
surprised to see how much call volume was directly related to their bid
management services," said Stuart DePina, CEO of Who's Calling. "ClickPath
gives SEM firms the tools and information they need to make informed decisions
for managing their client's advertising campaigns -- and provide an increased
measurable return on investment to their clients."

ClickPath offers SEM firms a complete solution including the dynamic
number insertion platform, call measurement and monitoring infrastructure and
a web analytics interface. Firms have the option of utilizing and co-branding
the complete ClickPath Cross Channel Analytics Interface or integrating call
conversion data into their own tools. ClickPath provides an array of reports
ranging from basic web analytics to detailed reports that include name,
address, phone number and call recording.
